About Josh.

Attorney Josh De Leon was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Philosophy of Law. Following his graduation from UT, Josh returned to San Antonio to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law where he was a standout amongst his peers, specifically in matters of civil procedure and tort law.

Josh has assisted with personal injury claims for nearly a decade. He started as an assistant at a San Antonio-based law firm specializing in personal injury, and now as an Associate Attorney for Deon Goldschmidt Attorneys, PLLC, Josh leverages his experience in personal injury, his passion for his clients, and his knowledge of the civil justice system to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients against the insurance carriers
